CI Defence Signature Management - Land Platforms

CI Low Observable Materials (Lom^®) counter the full range of threats to which land-based platforms are likely to be subjected.

The camouflage of land platforms from radar, thermal (infra-red) and visible detection (multi-spectral) is becoming ever more essential. Identification and targetting of weapons via thermal imaging is standard practice, and radar-guided munitions are becoming increasingly available.

Infra-red: CI Signature Management drastically alters and greatly reduces the thermal signatures of land vehicles. Treated vehicles can approach much more closely before being detected and are often wrongly classified because their new signatures do not match existing templates.

Multi-spectral: CI Defence has developed TriLom^®, a tailored composite cover which minimises IR, radar and visual signatures, simulteously. It is lightweight, durable, and highly effective at all IR and radar threat wavebands.
